By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide to us is accurate and complete. If you are using the Service on behalf of another person, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on their behalf.

Grovi is a self-help productivity and personal-budgeting tool designed to support focus, task management, and spending awareness, with features intended to be friendly to people with ADHD. The Service is provided for general informational and organizational purposes only.
Not financial advice. Grovi is not a bank, broker, financial institution, or financial advisor. Budgets, "safe to spend" figures, and any other numbers shown in the app are estimates generated from data you enter, for your personal reference only. They do not constitute financial, investment, tax, or accounting advice. Always consult a qualified professional before making financial decisions.
Not medical advice. Grovi is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent ADHD or any other condition. Content relating to focus, energy, or attention is for general wellbeing and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health provider with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

The tasks, transactions, notes, and other information you enter into Grovi ("Your Content") remain yours. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to host, store, process, and display Your Content solely for the purpose of operating and providing the Service to you. We do not sell Your Content. Our handling of your personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
The Service may offer optional paid features ("Grovi Pro"). If you purchase a subscription, billing is handled by the applicable app store or payment processor, and the pricing, renewal, and cancellation terms presented at the point of purchase apply. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable. We may change pricing prospectively with reasonable notice.
The Service, including its software, design, branding, the Grovi name, and the "Gro" character, is owned by Grovi and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or branding without our prior written permission. We grant you a personal, limited, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
We aim to keep the Service available and reliable, but we provide it on an "as available" basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time, and we are not liable for any resulting unavailability. You are responsible for keeping your own backups of any data that is important to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that any figures or insights it produces will be accurate or complete.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event will Grovi, its affiliates, or its suppliers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, goodwill, or financial loss, arising out of or relating to your use of (or inability to use) the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the claim, or (b) USD $50.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Grovi and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, and we may delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as by posting the updated Terms in the app or on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after the changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Grovi is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any consumer-protection rights you may have under the mandatory laws of your country of residence.
